Liza is having some issues with nap time. Prior to the 5 month mark, I could put up her laundry, get the dirty diapers, or clean up her room while she was napping but now those tasks have to wait till she is awake. Last week I was attempting to put up her laundry very quietly and I looked back at her crib to find this:

Zuzu has the same problem. I used to be able to do anything in her room and she’d go to sleep and nap right through it. I don’t want to have to be hyper-careful, but I do want her to get good sleep in during the day. I think she’s transitioning with her nap schedule, but I’m not sure where she’s going with it. How long and how often is Liza napping?

We are in napping transition too. My goal is 1 morning nap 1.5-2, afternoon nap of 1.5 and a late evening for an hour. She doesn’t nap at nurseries anymore so that messes things up a little and she has a hard time staying up for 2 hours right after she wakes up. I think I might have to take a week and get her used to it. She has been waking up at 6 instead of 7 so I just let her lay there unless she cries… she usually just babbles and sleeps a little till 7.
